He has extensive experience in all of HR (Technology and Operations strategy) in Fortune 500 industries including pharmaceuticals, financial service, utilities, mining, pulp and paper, chemicals, consumer products, and electronic manufacturing. Compensation expertise in setting strategy through implementation in Executive, Sales, Incentive and Base Programs.
Prior to SalesGlobe, George held various positions such as SVP Total Rewards, HR Technology, and Operations for Lincoln Financial Group, and Former CHRO for Ametek. George enjoys spending time on the Chesapeake Bay with his family and the family dog Cornelious.
