The Sales Comp Community
Comes to Dinner
An evening with the sales compensation leaders in your city. No slides, no pitch. A real conversation about what is changing in sales comp, over a great dinner with peers who do what you do.
AI, Career Paths, and Meeting Your Peers
We will talk about what is changing heading into 2027 planning, and the questions the room brings with it.
An evening built for people who own the plan.
- Peer conversation, not a presentation
- Sales comp, sales ops, and sales leaders
- An agenda built from what’s important to you
- Dinner and drinks on SalesGlobe
- Limited seats in each city
Three cities. One community.
Join us in the city that works for you. Attending from somewhere else? Several guests are flying in. You are welcome to do the same.

How the evening works
We skip the lecture and get you talking with the people you want to meet.
Meet the room
Drinks and introductions. You will meet the peers at your table and beyond it, not just the person you walked in with. By the time you sit down, you will know exactly who you want to keep talking to.
The roundtable
A brief roundtable, no slides. Mark Donnolo and Michelle Seger open the conversation and tee up the evening’s topics, and the conversation takes off from there.
Dinner with your peers
A relaxed dinner where the conversation keeps going. Compare notes, trade approaches, and leave with people you can call during comp season. The best insights of the night usually show up between courses, not on an agenda.
The State of Sales Compensation: AI, Career Paths, and Meeting Your Peers
Join us as we host a roundtable conversation on the state of sales compensation as well as two hot questions:
- How are organizations leveraging AI for sales compensation, what’s holding them back, and what’s ahead?
- The path many have taken but few have chosen… what are the sales compensation career challenges and opportunities to build stronger organizations? Insights from the SalesGlobe Future of Sales Compensation Leadership Think Tank.
Your SalesGlobe hosts will share some valuable insight, queue up the conversation, and provide you with an opportunity to connect with your peers in an energetic, casual environment in a great setting in the city of your choice.
Who will be at the table
A small, senior group. We keep each dinner tight so the conversation stays real.
