Stacey Marsh is Director of Consulting with SalesGlobe. She partners with leadership teams on sales process optimization, sales coverage and territory planning, customer segmentation, sales incentive design and administration, and performance management. She has extensive experience in sales operations leadership, working with clients to drive positive change, productivity and performance.
Prior to SalesGlobe, Stacey held a variety of leadership positions in sales operations and business development with A. Shulman, Verint Systems, CenturyLink and Qwest Communications. She managed teams that implemented strategies for worldwide sales organizations ranging in size from hundreds to thousands of sales representatives.
Stacey holds a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Fairmont State University. Outside the office, Stacey enjoys interior design, crafting, traveling, and spending time with her family.
