Instructions:

-Further left relates to the description on the left, further right relates to the description on the right.

-Make only one selection per row.

-The value in the bottom right corner provides an estimate of the target incentive portion of the pay mix for that role.

-The actual pay mix will depend on your organization’s relevant range of pay mixes (from low to high) and the position of this role within that range.
