Michael is Director of Consulting Services with SalesGlobe. He leads clients to reach their sales goals by maximizing sales organization productivity through sales organization design, sales capacity, and sales compensation and incentive design. With over 15 years of experience across Sales Operations, FP&A, and Client Strategy Support, Michael has a demonstrated record of innovating and implementing superior sales operations and solutions to drive results.
Prior to SalesGlobe, Michael held various sales leadership positions with companies such as Cox Automotive, Cox Media, and AutoTrader.com. Through these roles, Michael provided design and oversight for key sales initiatives, formulated best practices for sales solutions, and led teams of sales engineers and operations professionals.
Michael holds an MBA from the University of Maryland University College, a BS in Management Science from Xavier University of Louisiana, as well as a Strategic Business Leadership Executive Education certificate from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. When Michael isn’t planning effective sales strategies, he enjoys cycling, traveling, and spending time with his family.
