He is a seasoned technology executive who works with clients to drive operational improvements, develop overall business strategy and has extensive experience across multiple disciplines including sales support, client management, marketing and program delivery.
Charles held leadership positions within the technology and health insurance industries. He was responsible for driving program / change management, marketing initiatives, and process improvement for organizations including Waystar, Anthem, and McKesson. He launched his career as a consultant at Deloitte and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Charles holds an MBA in Finance from Emory University and a BBA in Management Information Systems and International Marketing from the University of Georgia. In his free time, Charles enjoys all forms of cooking (especially on his Green Egg), watching sports (Georgia football!), live music and comedy, and hanging out with his wife and fur babies.
