Pam Montalbano is Director of Consulting with SalesGlobe. She works with a cross-functional team including Executive stakeholders, Sales, Operations Finance, and HR to develop an end-to-end sales incentive process for revenue-generating roles from designing plans which support go-to-market strategy to enablement, delivery, and administration. Adept at evolving Incentive Compensation and Sales Operations functions into an overall process that aligns profitability goals with compensation investments.
Prior to SalesGlobe, Pam held various sales leadership positions with companies such as Oracle, SAP, and Unisys. All roles were directly tied to sales effectiveness and included management of teams, global & multi-business unit in scope. Primary disciplines were sales incentive compensation, sales operations, and senior executive stakeholder engagement.
Pam holds a Bachelor of Science Business from Albright University. When Pam isn’t planning effective sales strategies, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling between Philadelphia, Louisiana, and Florida. Pam enjoys long distance running and cooking. Board positions, currently Treasurer, in the St. Paul's Women's Guild a faith-based service organization.
