Melanie Canuta

Melanie is Director of Consulting Services with SalesGlobe. She has expertise in the transformation of sales operations through tools and process-enabled reengineering efforts. Over the past twenty years, Melanie has helped global companies and their customers develop go-to-market and operational strategies to enable omni-channel touch points, streamline operations, and apply a consultative approach to selling in the marketplace.

Specializing in the execution of large and complex transformation initiatives, Melanie applies Lean Six Sigma and Agile methodologies to accelerate quote to cash processes, reduce cost of operations, and increase win rates within target markets.

Prior to SalesGlobe, Melanie held executive positions at a variety of solutions providers including NCR, Motorola, Avaya, and Capgemini Ernst & Young. In each of these positions, she helped companies launch leading edge solutions, enabled with backend operations for successful GTM motions spanning the Telecommunications, Healthcare, Retail, Logistics, and High Tech industries.

Melanie holds a BS in Management Information System and Marketing from The University of Arizona School of Business. Melanie enjoys the outdoors, gardening, music, art, and spending time with family.
