Carrie is Executive Director of Consulting Services with SalesGlobe. She works with leadership teams on strategy design, competitive benchmarking, sales process design, sales capacity improvement, talent assessment, and sales compensation. She’s co-author of The Compensation Handbook from McGraw Hill and also authored a publication on trade promotion management.
Prior to SalesGlobe, Carrie worked as an associate with Morgan Stanley in the securitized products group and was a consultant for two leading management consulting firms.
Carrie holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management, with a concentration in Strategy and Marketing, and a BS in Finance from the University of Richmond. In her free time Carrie is a baseball and football enthusiast and a master of sports history and statistics with a concentration on the New York Mets.
