Brian is Director of Consulting with SalesGlobe. He works with leadership teams on sales organization, sales process, and sales compensation design. He has extensive experience in sales operations leadership and making changes within companies that drive productivity and performance.
Prior to SalesGlobe, Brian held a range of sales operations, sales compensation, and sales leadership positions with BellSouth, AT&T, and YP. He managed teams that developed and implemented strategies for sales organizations covering thousands of sales representatives.
Brian holds a Bachelors in Accounting from Auburn University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant. Brian is a competitive tennis player and also enjoys tuning up his short game on the links.
