Jon Clark

Jon is Director of Consulting Services in Europe. He has over 20 years reward design experience, focusing on sales incentive design and related sales effectiveness capabilities in order to develop more successful salesforces. His work has been with Sales Leaders and Heads of Reward across all sectors, both nationally and internationally.

Jon also advises on the impact and development of factors which contribute to the successful implementation of incentives design including wider salesforce reward, sales organisation structure and role definition, quota setting and territory alignment and SPM technology deployment.

He had worked as Director, Employee Reward at Deloitte and Director of Strategy Services for EMEA at Sales Performance Management specialist consultancy, OpenSymmetry.

Jon is a regular speaker at conferences and on webinars. He is also a keen runner and cricketer.
